Fishmaster arranges and
sells fishing trips to a wide variety of international destinations:
The company Fishmaster Finland Ltd was founded on 1991 by Jouni
Rauha. He is still the owner of the company and works as a
managing director and a head fishing guide. The Fishmaster company has
authorised travel agency rights and during the last years the
Fishmaster has grown fast as a worldwide fishing
outfitter and brand.
Guided Trips, Hosted Trips.
Most of Fishmaster fishing trips are guided. Professional fishing guide
will show the fishing places, methods and take care of car or boat
transports as well. To some of destinations fishermen travel alone
and when customer arrives to destination, the fishing guide will
wait for example at the airport and take care of everything after
that. Some of Fishmaster trips are hosted, someone of our staff
will travel with customers and work as a travel leader and fishing
guide.

Fishing Courses.
The Fishmaster company will arrange
fishing courses. For example salmon fly fishing courses on Gaula
river in Norway and fly fishing courses and spey casting courses on
Merikarvia river in Finland.

Owner, Director and head fishing Guide.
The fishing has been Jouni's hobby for over 30 years and also
his profession for almost couple decades, he is a passionate fly fisherman
and can cast extremely well both with single or double handed fly
rods. During the years he has fished on
Driva, Stjördal, Orkla and Gaula rivers in Norway; Dee,
Spey and Tweed in Scotland; Mörrum, Dal, Ljungan and Em rivers in Sweden;
Saarenmaa in Estonia; Merikarvia,
Teno, Näätämö and many other rivers and archipelago in Finland. He has also been fishing and guiding in some of finest
Fishmaster destinations in Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Canada,
Cuba, Iceland, India,
Maldives, Mexico,
Seychelles, Slovenia, USA and
Venezuela. Jouni
Rauha has been responsible instuctor for casting lessons, fishing
courses, fly fishing courses and spey casting courses. For years Mr Rauha has worked as a fishing outfitter and professional fishing
guide in many different Fishmaster fishing destinations and also as a lodge manager at
Fishmaster Gaula
Flyfishing Logde in Norway. He
has written articles and travel reports about fishing for
websites and fishing magazines. Mr Rauha has got two
business degrees. He has passed two different first-aid classes and
boat drivers examination and fishing guide examination. Jouni
speaks well Finnish, English and Swedish and some Norwegian and
German.
Petri
Varis.
Fishmaster fishing guide and host Petri
Varis has been fishing for more than 15 years now and likes most fly
fishing and spin fishing. During the last years he has been travelling and
fishing in many of Fishmaster
fishing destinations and knows them very well. Besides fishing and guiding
in Fishmaster destinations in Norway,
Sweden and Finland, he has also been fishing in Belize, Estonia, Iceland, Maldives, Scotland
and Venezuela. He also works as a host and guide for few weeks every season
at Fishmaster Gaula Flyfishing Logde in Norway. Petri has passed two first-aid courses and boat drivers
and fishing guide examinations. In addition to Finnish Petri speaks fluent English.
Petteri
Juvakka.
Fishmaster fishing guide and host Petteri
Juvakka has been fishing for more than 20 years now and likes most fly
fishing and spin fishing. He is a passionate fly fisherman and can cast
extremely well both with single or double handed fly rods. He is very
skillful and nice fishing guide, who can wide variety of fishing. He does
plenty of guiding in Fishmaster destinations in Finland coast, fly fishing
and spin fishing for pike. During the last years he has been travelling and
fishing in many of Fishmaster
fishing destinations and knows them well. Besides fishing and guiding
in Fishmaster destinations in Norway,
Sweden and Finland, he has also been fishing in Iceland and Maldives. He also works as a host and guide for few weeks every season
at Fishmaster Gaula Flyfishing Logde in Norway. Petteri has passed two first-aid courses and boat drivers
and fishing guide examinations. In addition to Finnish language Petteri speaks

Nikolai
Holttinen.
Fishmaster fishing guide and host Nikolai
Holttinen has specialised in fly fishing. He is also very interested in
competitions in fly fishing, he has even represented Finland in fly fishing
World Championships. During the last years he has been fishing and guiding
in several of Fishmaster
destinations, for example Merikarvia river and Ahvenanmaa in Finland, Gotland in Sweden and Soca
and Sava Bohinjka rivers in Slovenia. He is extremely skillful fly
fisherman, fly tyer and fishing guide and expert in fly fishing for
grayling, brown trout and rainbow trout in rivers. He has also fished a lot
of seatrout from the finnish and swedish coast with fly rod, which is one of
his favorite fishings. In addition to Finnish language
Nikolai speaks very good English.
